Resource Staffing Group staffs the following
dental positions:
Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH)
Registered Dental Assistants (RDA)
Dental Assistants (DA)
Front Office
Dentists (DDS)

If you desire to hire an employee, you have three options available:
A. Temp-Hire-- Keeps the new employee on RSG payroll for 530 Hours providing
client’s with no large lump sum fee. Payment will be divided into weekly
amounts. Acts as a safety net with the ability to try several candidates while
keeping an employee for consistent operations. Promotes successful long-term
placement through better communication and involvement. Terms are net 10 days
and provide priority replacement as long as account is within terms.
B. Contract Staffing – Assists dental offices in lowering operating costs,
allowing them to focus on increasing their revenues and production while
insulating the office from employee liabilities. RSG remains the employer of
record providing all payroll, taxes, worker’s compensation, and human resource
functions. RSG offers these employees excellent benefit options like 125 Tax
Saver Plans, 401K Retirement Program, Continuing Education Courses, Medical,
Dental, Vision, Prescription and Life insurance. Many additional benefits can be
realized under this arrangement allowing companies to hire and retain highly
skilled and sought after professional staff, while containing costs. Terms are
ACH debit with a 100% replacement guarantee.
C. Direct Placement – Allows RSG employees to be put directly on client’s
payroll. Direct placement is calculated at 10% of the employee’s annual salary
with some professional positions calculated at 25% of the employee’s annual
salary. Terms are net 10 days from invoice date and provide a priority
replacement and a 30 day pro-rated credit as long as account is within terms.
Replacement after 30 days will be charged accordingly.
QUALITY GUARANTEE - Quality control is our biggest concern. We stand behind our
product, and our philosophy is to maintain the high standards of quality
employees we’ve built our reputation on. If there are any concerns in regards to
the skill level of an employee, it is imperative we know immediately. If you
contact us within four (4) hours of initial placement, no charge will be
assessed. A priority replacement will be sought without delay.
MINIMUM/CANCELLATION CHARGES - We have a four (4)-hour work minimum for each
employee who shows up on the job site. If changes in your work schedule occur,
please let us know promptly. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to
terminate a job order. It is the client's responsibility to inform us directly
of any changes or additions from the original job order. Leaving messages is not
acceptable.
TRAVEL CHARGES – For temporary and some long-term requests there will be a
travel charge for all locations outside Sacramento County. Charges will be
determined by location and availability of staff.
Continuing Education is offered in house (see Continuing Ed tab) and will be
offered online in 2006’.
