Our Screening and Selection Process

We don’t just say it, we actually screen our candidates.  All candidates are required to accept our hiring standards, meet with us in person, provide at least three work related references (and yes, we actually call them!), agree to take a drug test screen and allow us to run a thorough background check, if required.  We have the ability to thoroughly assess their skills, having access to over 700 up to date tests through Prove It!
